Very nice hotel! very spacious and clean. Near to Hongqiao station, The staff Jocelyn very kind and helpful! Left us a very good and happy memory ☺️ we had a happy stay here!

Our honeymoon trip in China got off to a rocky start in Nanjing, but everything turned around the moment we arrived in Shanghai and checked into this hotel. From the smooth and fast check-in process handled by Nana, who was polite and welcoming, to the exceptional service provided throughout our stay, the experience was truly picture-perfect. Echo, Gloria, and Sally were incredibly helpful, assisting us with questions about Taobao deliveries, local attractions, and requests for extra amenities like toiletries, towels, and water. On our second night, Annie and Manager Jocelyn warmly greeted us, congratulated us on our wedding and honeymoon, and made us feel genuinely valued with their thoughtful gestures. It was a pleasant surprise that the entire team seemed aware of our special occasion and consistently wished us happiness throughout our stay. When it was time to check out, Jocelyn and Fenty assisted us with our luggage, transportation inquiries to the railway station for the next leg of our trip, and even went the extra mile to help ship our remaining Taobao parcels to our final destination. Our only minor concern is the distance to the nearest station, which is about a 16-minute walk; a shuttle service would make this hotel a perfect 10/10. Nevertheless, with the outstanding hospitality we received, this hotel is a solid 9.9/10, and we are deeply grateful to the entire team for making our honeymoon stay so memorable. Beautiful hotel near the Hongqiao Railway Station. Approx 15 minutes walk. The room we had was very beautiful and the reception staff were polite and friendly

No one on the front desk speak English and this is a problem to resolve small topics like try to wash some clothes

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The service is excellent, with friendly and helpful staff who go the extra mile. They even allowed us to check in early when we arrived in the morning, which was a great help. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need. The location is ideal, close to Hongqiao Airport and Hongqiao Railway Station, making it easy to travel both within the city and to other destinations. There’s also a community mall nearby with plenty of dining options, adding to the overall convenience. If you’re visiting the area, this hotel is a fantastic choice for both business and leisure travelers!

The room was huge and well-appointed. I arrived late but the welcome was warm and professional. Breakfast was good - I didn’t really have much of a chance to explore the facilities or the area around but would certainly consider staying there again.
