The location is excellent with many restaurants around.
The room is pretty clean. They even have filtered water. The showers are a bit plugged with lime scale though. Pretty comfortable stay. The gym room is huge.

The location is great as it is close to the railway,metro and hongqiao airport. The hotel has a boutique Shanghai style and great for pictures. All staff are very nice specially front desk Sally. We were upgraded to higher level. Great stay and might come back again.

The hotel is just amazing. Located not far from hongqiao airport and railstation. Very convenient with a lot of restaurant and shop nearby.
The staff is also very polite and helpful, especially Sally who checked me in and out, she was lovely, enthusiastic and competent.
Will book again for my next stay in ShangHai

Our honeymoon trip in China got off to a rocky start in Nanjing, but everything turned around the moment we arrived in Shanghai and checked into this hotel.
From the smooth and fast check-in process handled by Nana, who was polite and welcoming, to the exceptional service provided throughout our stay, the experience was truly picture-perfect.
Echo, Gloria, and Sally were incredibly helpful, assisting us with questions about Taobao deliveries, local attractions, and requests for extra amenities like toiletries, towels, and water. On our second night,
Annie and Manager Jocelyn warmly greeted us, congratulated us on our wedding and honeymoon, and made us feel genuinely valued with their thoughtful gestures. It was a pleasant surprise that the entire team seemed aware of our special occasion and consistently wished us happiness throughout our stay.
When it was time to check out, Jocelyn and Fenty assisted us with our luggage, transportation inquiries to the railway station for the next leg of our trip, and even went the extra mile to help ship our remaining Taobao parcels to our final destination.
Our only minor concern is the distance to the nearest station, which is about a 16-minute walk; a shuttle service would make this hotel a perfect 10/10. Nevertheless, with the outstanding hospitality we received, this hotel is a solid 9.9/10, and we are deeply grateful to the entire team for making our honeymoon stay so memorable. Thank you to everyone!

Beautiful hotel near the Hongqiao Railway Station. Approx 15 minutes walk.
The room we had was very beautiful and the reception staff were polite and friendly

The Hotel is just close to the railway stations / terminal or the huge shopping Center with plenty of resteraunts or bar - i use this area since years as hub for Shanghai.
