I couldn't sleep the whole night because it was so noisy. I've never stayed in a room so noisy before. The waitress who stayed that day was very nice. My child was woken up in the early hours of the morning. I reported it to the front desk, but they came to deal with the problem. I was told to go back to sleep with the child. The hotel is in a great location. It's just one subway stop away from Shanghai Railway Station. Take Line 1 at Shanghai Station and get off at Zhongshan North Road. Exit 2 and walk to the left for three minutes. It's a good hotel.
