One thing i like about this hotel is they serve free costa coffee or even sending to my room and about 500m metro station line 2 direct to pudong airport within 50 minute.There is mall around the corner.Definitely will come back here whenever i travel to shanghai .I hope they can maintain that kind of service.

The location is very good: near the metro, and near lots of varied places to eat. The staff are helpful, but with very limited English. It is great having Costa coffee available for free in the large entrance area. When I came in January, I had a room with a long desk and reading lamp, and a good rack on which to put my case, but the two rooms I have used on this trip have been smaller and without the reading lights ... But at least the ceiling lights are considerably brighter than those in some hotels! I would certainly stay here again.

This girl really need to drive the elevator problem. Only 2 elevators and too many rooms and floors. Constant waiting in morning time (8h to 9:30)

The hotel is located in the center of PUDONG.
Very close to the subway station,
and there is so many restaurants.
The good tea is impressive.
