The hotel looks old outside but it is newly renovated inside. Room is nice and good value for money. It is about an hour by car to Pudong airport and is 5-10 mins by car to nearby subway stations or shopping mall. There are some small resturants and coffee shops within walking distance. I will book the hotel again.

Can only take taxi or car to the hotel. There is no walking-distant subway. Compared to the room price, the hotel room is good value for money. The hotel looks old outside but newly renovated inside. Check out is 2pm which is much better than most hotels. Breakfast quality is somewhat disappointing but quautity is more than enough.

酒店周邊環境非常差
酒店前台一問三不知
早餐卷寫的9點半 結果早餐衹到九點，而且服務員態度非常大差，非常不耐煩説要下班了
早餐品質實在太差了，這酒店以後不會在住了
我定的豪華放假，結果給個破房間，窗户打開就是牆。

WIFI賊差，看視頻都看不了，小度感覺就是個擺設，除了能打開電視和空調，其他啥都打不開，連燈光都打不開，另外，隔音也差，前台給我説那沒辦法
服務：賊差賊差，一點也不隔音相當於組裝板房，晚上都沒睡好，再也不住這種酒店了，太垃圾了，太垃圾了，誰住誰難受

哎，真的是，圖方便，圖近，純屬近！
公司就在酒店斜對面復地別墅，可惜了這地理位置，傷了格林的顏面，震碎了住客的三觀！
房間裏沒有抽紙（衹有廁紙），電視機有線電視沒有信號，無線網絡週日當晚就斷網，連小度也連不上網。
入住當晚，洗手枱漏水，瀰漫了整個入户區域，甚至淹到了洗手間裏。
打前台客户服電話報修，不久後一位小夥子，慢條斯理的來查看，沒有絲毫歉意，沒有一聲抱歉，微笑的告知“哦，你這是洗手枱底下的管子塌了，給你接上去就好了”，面對滿地的水，自己穿着鞋在水裡來回走，也沒有任何應急預案。我反問道“客房的設施你們平時都不檢查的嘛，客人入住了，由客人來告訴你們哪裡出問題了。你這一修理需要多久”，小夥子自信的回答“拆開看，我才知道壞在哪裡”，先生看着我大着肚子滿臉倦容提出了需求，給我們換房間吧，你修你的，修一晚上也不要緊。小夥子秒回“不用，修好了就行了。地上的水讓阿姨給你們拖乾淨”，瞬間對這家酒店的服務毫無好感可言。
入住第二晚八點半，淋浴室的下水基本不下水，水蔓延到整個洗手間裏，致電前台送浴巾。前台居然反問“你要浴巾幹嘛”，沒成想5分鐘後，同一個人，空手上門查看情況，門都不進，情況都不瞭解，依然沒有絲毫歉意，笑着站在門口説“你的台盆又漏水了？”先生回答“是浴室不下水，無法繼續洗澡，洗手間都淹了，你可以進來看看”，小夥子不肯進門查看，並笑着反問住客“你們這次的需求又是什麼”，老公已沒有耐心直接説“兩條浴巾，吸水，防滑”。如此的運營團隊實在是令人汗顏，體驗感暴差。
