This hotel was very nice and clean. I had a very pleasant stay! The front desk staff was always kind and helpful, and they helped me use the laundry machine when my phone had a problem getting a confirmation code. They are able to use translators quickly if you cannot speak Chinese, and even if you can speak some Chinese, they still try their best to help you in English.
They come by every day to restock whatever you need (water, toilet paper, and towels) and take your trash. The lady was always very kind.
The surrounding area is okay, but doesn't have the cleanest or safest feeling, but it was safe after all. The hotel itself is great! It is also a 15-20 minute walk from Shanghai station, and it is a relatively short walk to/from the nearest bus stops.
I had a single room to myself and it was very clean, quiet, and had good heating and lighting. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Well the price was great and the room good enough. The staff is very friendly and there are a lot of small restaurant nearby; it's a great place to stay if you're planning on spending a few days in Shanghai

Nice for a short stay with friends. Dormatories for 4 people with provate bathroom are reallu sufficient. Common spaces with sofas, tables… available.

Staff not very friendly, and the place was not very clean. Rooms are ok. Locations is perfect. I recommend the place for the price though.

Considering the price it was a great place in a great location! However our room was quite dirty and while we stayed there (5 nights) the only cleaning they really did was to empty the bin(which, to be fair, they did often). It is also worth noting that we had to go outside to reach the common area or the reception from our room:)

The hotel was good and clean. But the receptionist girl was rude and not welcoming .
Hopefully next time she will be better.

I had a bed in Hostel room. It had a locker that works with card that also opens the door and the bed has a curtain.

The hotel room smelled really humid,you couldnt even breathe inside. There was mold growing inside the a/c.
We also found a pair of fake lashes on the top of the glasses that were in the bathroom, that were suposed to be cleaned.
