I drove for 3 hours from Hangzhou to Shanghai Changhai Hospital to visit a patient. I arrived early and the reserved room had not been cleaned yet, so the hotel upgraded me to a deluxe family room for free. Budget hotel, room facilities are simple, the landline is just a decoration, no sound, I wanted to ask for the Wify password but couldn't make a call, and no one answered the hotel phone, finally I asked Ctrip customer service. The room is poorly soundproofed, and the conversations next door can be heard clearly. The front desk staff has a good service attitude. When checking out, the child forgot his clothes in the room, and the front desk helped to send the courier.
