先説服務：非常差，非常不會説話！我衹是想住一個靠近小區安靜的大床房，結果這家酒店的大床要麼是內窗，要麼是靠近馬路，他們建議我可以付費升級靠小區的家庭房，我沒有同意。在大廳坐了一會兒我就想着出去吃個飯再回來。結果前台給我打電話，告訴我，我要是不住的話，就抓緊時間取消訂單，不然6點以後就不能免費取消了。但是我記得我的訂單是可以到晚上8點之前免費取消的。她還跟我説，6點之前取消，都是要跟店長特殊申請的。真的，好像是要施捨給我一樣。這種服務態度，我本人非常不爽。而且全程都是坐着接待！一點服務意識都沒有！
衞生：很一般，淋浴間的拖鞋請問有沒有做消毒？
房間：房間小我能理解，但是空調噪音真的很大，我設定的最小風量，還是跟個發動機一樣吵的我一晚沒睡踏實！還有房間床頭的插座，手機充電器插上去就掉，沒辦法用！
