Overall, the hotel was pretty awesome. It was just a one night stay and I would indeed stay there again. However, they really need to restock the coffee and sugar for a room that has two persons staying in it.
Although our stay did not include breakfast, we were offered a free breakfast per person, but never used it unfortunately.

Everyone was friendly and everything was going well until at the point of check out. There was a lady in reception by the name of Emma Li who was very unfriendly, dismissive and rude, she was on her phone when we approached her working station, and continued on it even when she was serving us, and seemed very uninterested in helping us when we asked her questions about storing our luggage at the hotel. I hope management will take this up with her, and also train her to treat her customers with respect and professionalism. We pay for good service and comfortable stay in reputable hotels like Radisson and it’s always so distasteful when you are treated poorly by the very same people that are supposed to make your stay nice and comfortable.

Stay was good, recommend this hotel As we stayed here couple of times!
Suggest house keeping to vacuum floor on daily basis, my kid had dropped orange seeds on the floor which was not cleaned during the stay.
Overall stay was good!

I stayed at Radisson Collection for 2 nights and had a good experience. The room was clean, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed and a nice view. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast had a good variety of options, and the location is good. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
