The hotel is really great. The staff is always helpful and of course it's an Accor brand style. I got an upgrade room due to my Ctrip membership rewards, and very spacious room with washing machine and a small kitchen facility. It was like a mini studio room. The place is quite convenient and very quiet. I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast had multiple options, but would request to write down what all was included in the dish or atleast put a sign of vegetarian or non Vegetarian. Overall great hotel room, but it's time to refurbish. I can see quiet oldish and carpet being faded. Thanks Accor, you never disappoint me.

- Stayed for 5 nights
- 1st room assigned to me, there were slight aircon noise. Asked for a change of room, accede to my request immediately
- Suggest to change shower curtain, getting old and slightly stained
- King Size bed is comfy
- Flight was delayed, asked for late check out, request was accede.
Overall, will rate 4/5 based on Price, Cleaniness, Service and Location.
Will consider coming back to the hotel if going back to Shanghai

Old hotel and facilities. Free breakfast which is always a plus. Close to hongquiao airport but the metro’s quite a walk. Staff are very friendly. Overall, good experience.

The location is close to shopping and great restaurants. The rooms are old and needs to be renovated. Very outdated.

Breakfast choices are limited, and most foods are removed half an hour before closing. The working style of the staff there reminded me of the year ninety in China

No window, bad smell, old room, tight space, decent location.
But, it is Shanghai, so cannot expect too much from hotels anyways.

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was very comfy and we loved having a bathtub and a balcony in the room.
The location is a bit far from the subway, but it's in a beautiful neighborhood full of trees and there are tons of bikes around.
Overall,a really a nice stay!
