The staff there is friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is convenient. The environment of the guest room is nice. Just one point to be improved is the wifi there is very weak.

Location is fantastic. Right opposite yu garden metro station. 3 mins walk to yu garden. Walkable to the bund.
Service is great too. They hv a robot helping them to perform service such as sending water .. etc

Checking in and out was fast. Service was great and we arrived at 11am and got a room for check in. Location was near to convenience store which is just 5 mintues walk. Train station was nearby too.

Hotel is near a train station and near to Yu Garden.
Inside of the toilet seems a bit worn, but room was a good size for 2 adults and 2 children. The view was great.
Overall, satisfied with the room and will come back again if there is a chance.

It super near the metro and Yuyuan Garden. It also one metro stop to East Nanjing!
My children love the bath tub too! Overall enjoy my 5 nights stay with great view (able to see the Pearl tower)!

Hotel is superb easy to find as it located right opposite Yu garden station. Great service provided and the room is spacious for us a family of 4.
Very near Yu Garden and lots of shopping nearby.
Highly recommended and would love to stay again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Renaissance Yu Garden Shanghai, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the front staff (Ellen Wang) went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. The hotel’s prime location close to Yu Garden and Metro Station made exploring the city a breeze, and my kids really love the spacious room. Highly recommended for kids and families.
