Regal Plaza is a wonderful hotel! Immaculate rooms, great location in Waigaoqiao, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Comfortable beds and delicious breakfast although the breakfast is a bit expensive. Went to Zhujiajiao while staying at the hotel and it is a great day trip from SH. Will definitely return for another stay.

The service is extremely friendly. The room is clean despite being a little old. It is value for money, given the generous space with bedroom and living hall separated. It is as good as a living home

Top notch service by the entire staff, from receptionist to chambermaid to handyman. Had a wonderful 4 nites stay at the hotel. Will definitely consider this hotel when in shanghai again

Pretty decent hotel. Location is good in terms of close to train station. It's walkable distance away, food wise it's around 2km away. Okish I guess

The hotel front desk service is very poor. I asked for an extra bottle of Ice Dew mineral water, and they had to check and find all kinds of registration information and verify my identity.
The hotel facilities are very old. The air conditioner is very noisy. There is no shampoo or conditioner. The cleaning lady in the hotel swiped her card to enter the room in the morning and asked if there were any clothes to be washed. It's just terrible. Bad review!!!

The front desk guy and girl are very warm and considerate. When checking in, they gave us local snacks, which was very heartwarming. The room is large and comfortable. The transportation is convenient. I will come again next time.
