According to the information provided, this room was supposed to be on the 67th–69th floor. However, when we arrived and received our keys, we discovered that the room was on the 58th floor instead. Upon asking the staff about this issue, we were told that rooms of this type were not available on the higher floors. This was quite disappointing, especially considering the standards we expected from the Grand Hyatt.
That being said, everything else was good — the staff were helpful, spoke good English, and the room was clean, except for the windows, which could have been better maintained.

Very good hotel , great location! Club rooms very good size! Grand Club the cooked wasn’t offered but the evening/ dinner was very good . Also I don’t like the fact the was closing at 8:00pm.

The hotel is in a good location and you can see the night view of Lujiazui and Oriental Pearl Tower. The only drawback is that the air conditioning in the room is not cold enough

Hotel occupies 54-85th floor of Jin Mao tower. Every room offers amazing views. The grand Hyatt club lounge was amazing service and good food. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. Location is super convenient and very central. Would recommend and stay here again.

My wife and I had an amazing time at the Grand Hyatt hotel in Shanghai. It was simply unforgettable. The staff were all so lovely, too.

It is near to metro station and have amazing river view. I paid extra money to upgrade my room and it is a good experience to see the river and lights at night. Japan restaurant have lunch package. I like the sushi and sashimi.

Located among Shanghai's famous towers, the view is superb. There are shopping malls nearby and many restaurants, so it is convenient and the hotel is pleasant.

Great location, view, breakfast and gym. The room is well heated and clean, staff is friendly and hotel very luxurious. I think it’s one of the best hotels you can book for your business trip or vacation in Shanghai. Metro is also closed and there’s a fancy ifc shopping mall that can be reached in 5 min walk. Lovely
