Pullman Shanghai Jing An

My usual Hotel for my stays in Shanghai. Can't beat the location (Railway-station, Metro).

I recently stayed at Pullman Shanghai Jing An and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of this hotel. From its prime location to its thoughtful amenities and outstanding service, it truly exceeded my expectations.   **1. Prime Location & Accessibility**   The hotel’s proximity to **Shanghai Railway Station** and metro lines (1/3/4) makes it a top choice for both business and leisure travelers. I could easily walk to the station in under 5 minutes, and popular attractions like the Bund, Nanjing Road, and People’s Square were just a short drive away. For those arriving by air, Pudong and Hongqiao airports are also within a manageable distance.   **2. Modern, Comfortable Rooms**   My **Executive Suite** was spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with everything I needed. The bed, with its high-quality linens, was incredibly comfortable, and the rain shower in the bathroom added a touch of luxury. I particularly loved the **Dyson-style hairdryer**—a small detail that made a big difference. The room also featured soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful stay despite the bustling location.   **3. Outstanding Dining & Facilities**   The breakfast spread at **Venu Restaurant** was exceptional, especially the **Shanghai-style scallion oil noodles**—a delicious local highlight. The executive lounge access (via Accor’s Privilege Card) offered a refined atmosphere with tasty snacks and drinks during Happy Hour. The 20-meter indoor pool and well-equipped gym were perfect for unwinding after a busy day.   **4. Impeccable Service**   The staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless stay. The front desk team was courteous and efficient, even upgrading my room as a loyalty member. Special mention to the concierge for arranging smooth airport transfers and providing helpful local tips.   **5. Commitment to Sustainability**   I appreciated the hotel’s dedication to **ESG initiatives**, such as reducing single-use plastics and participating in Accor’s Planet 21 program. The eco-friendly toiletries and energy-efficient practices aligned perfectly with my values.   **Final Thoughts**   Pullman Shanghai Jing An is a gem for travelers seeking convenience, comfort, and conscientious hospitality. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, this hotel delivers on all fronts. Good location, proximity to train and metro station. The staff were friendly and helpful. Got a upgrade to a bigger room. Clean and spacious room. Will be back for next trip.

Clean, relatively convenient, but hardly central of Jingan, but subway connected to hotel. Biggest problem being the yanan highway right outside.

Nice location, next to subway entering gate that easy to take a subway to go around the city ( rush time dose not recommend, so grounded). Nice staff and hotel clean. Will come back next time. Pullman bed and pillow always give me a good sleep.

Really awesome experience, the room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was so tasty.
