Love how this hotel is conveniently located in the middle of Nanjing Lu. Will definitely stay again if I were to go! There is also an eatery downstairs very convenient.

Very convenient location as it’s just right beside the Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street and it’s easy to move around to the key attractions which are relatively nearby such as the Bund and the pier for taking the night river cruise.

Suitable sized room, the bathtub was really nice and they left a special gift for my family in the room. Really enjoyed our stay. Nice side view from the room.

Wonderful location in the very center on the main pedestrian street, the view from the windows is very beautiful, it's a 15-minute walk to the waterfront, and the metro is just a few steps away, with a line that goes directly to the airport. The breakfasts are fantastic. On the downside, the hotel is quite old, so the repairs and furniture are not fresh; there are chips and wear on the furniture, and the bathroom looks very sad. By the way, it differs from the photos shown during booking—the plumbing is very old, there’s a very strange low bathtub, and there is mold present. Overall, the bathroom was really disappointing; it was unpleasant to be in there.

1) Warm welcoming with Radisson’s Teddy bears to my children.
2) Super great location - just in the center of East Nanjing Road, the city shopping center # next to Miniso Shop & a few walk to Pop Mart & New World Daimaru shopping mall with Japanese supermarket on the G floor or the Bund sightseeing area.
3) Spacious room space with privilege roof top lounge benefit for Family room with affordable price.
4) Variety of food both Western to Chinese cuisine for breakfast with grab & go coffee cup for taking away.
5) Staff could communicate English so well.

Great location. But don’t know call Didi always drivers always can’t come up to their hotel lobby to pick us .. check in was taking long. Reach the hotel by 8am but wait until close to 1pm just able to give us a room. Understand their policy is start check in by 2pm. However still quite disappointed given us a room at such timing.. overall is still good experience in this hotel.

Old hotel where executive room doesn't worth it (hole in bed sheets, hand soap not refilled, club lounge on 30th floor with poor snacks)

The location is excellent, situated right on Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, close to East Nanjing Rd. subway station, and next to Miniso Land. It's also within walking distance to The Bund.
The room was clean, and housekeeping kept it tidy with no trace of cigarette smell.
The staff provided good service, were able to communicate in English, and allowed a late check-out upon request.

Sooooo good! Nice location easy to get by next to hot spot. And the most impressive thing is their staff can speak English. Their breakfast lineup is incredible!
