1: The bed sheets and quilt covers are not changed, and the room is not cleaned cleanly.
2: The front desk clerk had a very bad attitude on the phone. She felt very uncomfortable for a person. She had no training in her attitude and it was as if she owed her money.
3: The sound insulation of the environment is poor, and the quilt is not comfortable to sleep on.
4. It’s too bad to decide to change this hotel the day after tomorrow.

The hotel is very quiet and has a large space. There are many restaurants and 24-hour convenience stores around the hotel. It is a 5-minute walk to the bus station, a 15-minute walk to the subway station, and about 20 minutes by taxi to Hongqiao Airport. The transportation is very convenient.
