I’ve stayed at Puli many times, and it never disappoints. The hotel’s serene atmosphere, elegant design, and consistently excellent service make every visit a pleasure. The rooms are always spotless and well-appointed, with a bed that guarantees a restful sleep. Jamie remains as attentive as ever, and Vicky’s warm hospitality adds to the seamless experience. No matter how many times I return, Puli continues to feel like a calm retreat in the heart of Shanghai. Looking forward to my next stay.

The PuLi Hotel & Spa embodies understated luxury, offering a tranquil and comfortable ambiance with meticulous attention to detail. The rooms are spacious and immaculate, featuring soft bedding and excellent soundproofing for a restful stay. The hotel’s dining is exquisite, with a diverse and high-quality breakfast selection, while the gym and pool facilities are well-maintained and complete.
The service is exceptional—Jamie provided a warm and professional welcome, patiently answering all questions, and Vicky offered many thoughtful touches that made the entire stay smooth and enjoyable. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is an ideal choice, and I look forward to returning!

This was my first time staying at Puli, and it was absolutely wonderful! The hotel has a calm and elegant atmosphere, the rooms are spacious and spotless, and the bed was so comfortable that I had one of the best sleeps ever. Jamie was incredibly attentive, and Camille’s warm and professional service made everything
seamless. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back next time I’m in Shanghai!

Every time I stay at Puli, it feels like a home away from home. The atmosphere is calm and elegant, the rooms are spacious and spotless, and the beds are unbelievably comfortable. Jamie’s attention to detail and Charlene’s warm hospitality make the experience even better. The service is always seamless, and every stay is as enjoyable as the last. Can’t wait to come back again!

The hotel, while slightly older, is thoughtfully designed, offering a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The service is consistently polite and professional, adding to the overall positive experience. Its location is excellent, situated next to a beautiful park and within walking distance of numerous shopping options.
The spa is well-designed and provides a tranquil setting for relaxation. We particularly appreciated the gender-separated whirlpool, allowing for some peaceful, personal time. Overall, the combination of service, design, and location makes this hotel a pleasant and restful stay.

Beautiful hotel with well designed lobby and rooms. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Jing An. Staff are super professional, very attentive and look after you well. One downside is a fundamental for a hotel, we didn’t get one good nights sleep. The beds are great but the room was too warm, even in early spring when the temperature was still low outside. However, the air con was very loud, even on low setting, so to sleep you either had the noise or it was too hot. One night there was also very loud road construction noise from outside from 3-5am. It’s a city, so this happens but other hotels in Shanghai that we’ve been to before seem to make it their business to know and take proactive measures in like informing and apologizing to guests in advance, putting guests in rooms away from
the noise, or at least providing earplugs.
