Nice location.
Nice staff.
And nice comfortable room (Especially the bed and pillow, we have a good's sleep every 5 nights)
We can walk only 3-5 minutes to metro and family mart. There is a local restaurant near the hotel that is very good. The food is delicious and inexpensive, and there are few foreign tourists. The staff are lovely. Even though they don’t speak English, they still try to communicate and assist as much as possible.

This is the best hotel i ever stay in shanghai for 3 nights due New Renovated room and 100m from East Nanjing Road Line 2 exit 1.. All the receptionist are very humble and friendly.. You should try to stay here guys 😁

The room is new and clean. The location is very good. There are many places to eat. I am impressed by the care and attention of the staff. The service is very good. I will definitely come back to stay again.

Great little hotel with friendly, helpful service. When we arrived several hours before 2pm, the two ladies at the front desk offered an upgrade to a bigger room on the 7th floor and gave us the room immediately. (Elevator only goes to the 6th floor though so you’ll have to carry your bag up, but the stairs were easy.) There’s free coffee, tea and fruit punch in the lobby and candy/cookies in your room to welcome you. Towels, bottles of water, tea/coffee replaced daily. Clean, comfortable beds and a good shower. Fresh fruit shop just beside the hotel downstairs. We’ll definitely come back! See the photos. The hotel is just a block away from Nanjing Pedestrian Road on Tianjin Road and close to the subway station. Delicious local food choices in the neighborhood side streets, if you don’t want to eat in the touristy places on Nanjing. Loved walking down Zhejiang Road to try all of the different Chinese street foods. Or you can order delivery and a little robot will take the elevator up to deliver it to your door :)

Cleanliness of the room is good. Location is good, it’s near Nanging pedestrian street and MRT station.

Staff lack of language skills we have to used translator to talk with them. The man who wear glasses at night shift was not friendly in term of hospitality and service. We had some problems with the shower room water not flowing while we shower and staff came to fixed but can’t . The man told us to wash the hair with sink and used limit water to shower not over than the shower edge, that’s funny solution I ever heard. Lastly he upgraded the room for us with sarcasm sentence. Another staff was very friendly and helpful they always keep smiling even we don’t understand each other and they are really try. However the room comfortably i have very good sleep and the location close to everything you needed! Otherwise if they are more clean such as sweep the trash, mop the floor, clean up dust i will definitely give as 5 stars hotel.

Location is the best! Very close to East Nanjing Road and Metro.
No parking.
Almost Reception cannot speak English. Difficult communicate but google translate is OK.
Good support to reserve a Taxi with discuss by WeChat to easy translate between Chinese vs English.
Room not big but OK for 2 people.
Warm lavatory.
Clean.
Wall cannot cancel noise. I can hear the next room.
Some non-smoking room still have a smoking smell. This point not OK but I found it’s normal in Shanghai hotel. I didn’t get that :(

Clean room. 2 min walk to Nangjin road. Nice services. Recommend to add more receptions if there are too many tourists.
