The hotel facilities are old and the service quality is worrying. There is no air conditioner in the hot weather, and the children cannot rest normally in the middle of the night. They violate the contract offer, have no contract spirit, and have a rough attitude. A typical store bullies customers. It is recommended to avoid it. I feel like I've stayed at a Africa Hotel, it's hard to describe it.

Location is near to the subway station. I've added a photo. Helpful staff. They spoke English. Breakfast was good. A good choice of Western and Asian food. Our twin room was big and spacious. It's also a quick ride to THE FOUND. I'll definitely stay here again. Thank you 🌹

This is my first shanghai triip, i believed the first impression of trip is very important , Miss 小夏 Xiao xia is the first person who show us smilling face and offer hand to helps carry all family luggage to rooms, Mr. 小尚 Xiao shang helps us to booking rooms and provided many useful informations , lastly Miss Iris 小徐 Xiao xu, she is the one who always help us for few days , how to booking car and so on.This hotel is very good service , let's why I remembered all their names and appreciated to them so much.🙏🥰
Besides Metropark Jichen make me feel like homes , location also very convenience , near to train station ( recommend if family , you may use app for DIDi or Taxi car ) and very happening surrounding of hotel.Lastly is breakfast , hotel breakfast must try , very delicious and you will miss it.

This hotel was in a nice area. Not too far from major attractions, but far enough that it wasn’t loud or crowded. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Especially Camila and Myra, who helped us carry our bags to our taxi. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Shanghai.

I had a fantastic stay at Metropark Hotel Shanghai and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in the city. The hotel’s location is ideal, conveniently situated near the subway, making it easy to get around Shanghai. It’s also close to various essential services, which added to the overall convenience of my stay.A special thank you to Iris, who was incredibly helpful and patient when I accidentally dropped my phone in a taxi. She went above and beyond to assist me in tracking it down, coordinating with the driver, and ensuring I got it back safely. Her professionalism and kindness truly made a difference, and I’m very grateful for her support.The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Everything about my stay was smooth and hassle-free, making it a place I would definitely return to. Highly recommended!

I cannot fault this hotel. I will be a regular guest. The staff are well trained and go out of their way to assist you. The room was lovely, with many great details, for example, a scale to weigh your luggage. The room was clean, with quality linen. I appreciate your service.
