The room was clean and tidy. The service of the front desk lady and the boy was very good. Because it was too hot in the room and I had a nosebleed, I asked the front desk lady to come and see how much compensation I would get. 第一次入住這一家酒店 因為在試營業所以抱着試試的心態去入住了一晚總體下來還可以前台服務的也很熱情碰到問題也可以第一時間解決也不會像部分酒店一樣去催退和板着一張臉 如皋需要開發票也會第一時間去幫你開具相應的發票 酒店也有屬於自己的洗衣機房和健身房 這一次時間比較趕沒來得及去體驗下一次如果有機會可以去體驗一下 下次如果還有住房需求會優先考慮鉑萊酒店 給一個五星好評

已經入住這家酒店非常多次了，在這裏的住宿時間，我有一段非常舒適的體驗。該店的住宿環境非常好，如果下次來金山我一定會再次選擇這個酒店的。非常感謝給我打掃房間的保潔阿姨，第一天入住時很渴，喝完了房間內的水，第二回房間發現多了3瓶水，雖然事小但很感動！並且阿姨幫我疊好了睡衣，枕巾也平整的鋪好，回到房閉真的十分舒心。阿姨打掃十分細緻，缺力的東西都補上了，衞生間更是沒有一絲水跡和頭髮，大讚！再次感謝您給我如此舒心的體驗！！還要您謝前台的員工，前台的小黃給我耐心講解了一些問題，人非常親和有禮貌，服務態度也好，這次一切都順心如意，吃住都十分滿意，尤其是居住方面特別滿意！衷心祝願鉑萊酒店生意興隆，財源廣進！生意越來越紅火！

這家酒店原本我入住的是優享大床房 然後給我免費升級了普通大床房 入住體驗相當不錯 也可以延遲退房到兩點 很有人性化 根據客户自身的要求去儘量的滿足 這一點就沒話説 酒店也提供早餐 早餐是七點到九點半 種類也很多有麪條餛飩油條粥以及更多的種類 點外賣的話酒店也會以機器人的形式配送 酒店大廳也有售賣行李箱和枕頭 枕頭入住了一晚過後覺得睡的很安逸 所以下單買了兩個枕頭酒店也會第一時間給我發放快遞 很安心 下次如果來這附近依然會悠閑考慮鉑萊酒店

這家酒店我一定要給個五星好評 對象來找我 正愁定哪家酒店 看到了鉑萊 看了下評分和評價 於是抱着試一試的心態住進了這家酒店 前台服務很熱情 就是沒見到評價中提到的前台小陳 但是前台的小姑娘也很熱情態度很好 長的也很秀氣 定的是一間大床房 一打開房間也沒有異味 不像別的酒店有很重的煙味和異味 一進酒店門口也有自助咖啡機 很貼心 酒店的門口就是朱涇汽車站 地理位置也不錯 早餐時間也很適合我們這種睡懶覺的 最晚到九點半 睡醒了剛好下樓吃早飯 也很貼心的送了我們兩個伴手禮 性價比來説在朱涇鎮算是絕對可以的 下次如果還需要住酒店 還是會優選考慮鉑萊酒店 很不錯
