The hotel staffs are very accomodating and helpful. Special mention to the front desk, room service and breakfast is great.
Room view is Nanjing East Rd and The Bund.

First of all, the service attitude of the front desk is very poor. The tone of check-in is cold, and the response to questions is not active, which makes people feel disrespected.
Secondly, the hygiene of the room is worrying. On the night of check-in, it was found that the bed was not clean. The next morning, there were many red spots on the body. It was confirmed that it was suspected of being bitten by mites, which greatly affected my rest and health.
It was supposed to come out to relax, but it brought physical and emotional troubles. I hope the hotel can face up to the health and service problems, improve them in time, and don't let other guests encounter the same situation.

Location is good, hotel offer umbrella during our stay as first two day is raining, service was good and bed is comfortable. Breadfast was ok and allow to take away . Best was the laundry room, Include washer and dryer. Recommend and will come back again aoon

We had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. The staff was welcoming and always ready to help. It’s located in a convenient area, with plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Everything felt safe and family-friendly. Highly recommend it for anyone traveling with kids!

Everything is good. Only a small problem during the check-in process, I booked a double bed but a lady staff member kept telling me that my room is a small bed which is not suit 2 people and asked me to upgrade to a large bed. Finally, after checking my booking confirmation, my bed is a queen-size double bed, which is ok for me. However, the staff still said it is a small bed. so I told her I am ok with that. This took quite sometime to finish checkin. I would like recommend the staff to call proper type of beds!

This Ji hotel has good location, close to Nanjing road and many conveniences around the hotel. On the arrival date, the receptionist told me that my room was a queen bed room (1.5m wide), so if you need a king size room and early check-in before 16:00 you need to pay surchage, it was okay to me, but be awared to request the bed size in advance in case of no available rooms on the date of check-in. My room on 15th floor has nice view of The Oriental Pearl Tower and Shanghai Tower. Good amenities and facilities. Breakfast is okay. Definitely to stay this hotel again.

A comfortable hotel near Nanjing Road. There are nearby Lawson FamilyMart and many restaurants. My room's views is Oriental Pearl Tower.
