I stayed here for only 1 night. The downside is there was no entrance for car. I had 3 luggages and it was hard to move from the street to the hotel. The staffs don’t speak English, however, they are friendly and helpful. There is a guy who helped me with the clothes steamer was extremely nice. I’d like to stay there more :)

The front desk staff was amazing. I had some problems with meituan (25/2/23 11:00) and needed to return my order but I needed to leave. She helped me speak with customer service to arrange for my things to be returned. I’m so grateful for her help

Modern and very clean. Service immaculate; can not fault. Only suggestion for improvement would be changing the shower tap style. In order to get hot water you must turn on the tap starting from cold . This is inconvenient when you are standing naked under the shower. Especially so when it also takes a while before the water becomes hot. Otherwise, for us, it was the perfect stay.

Lovely hotel, large clean rooms with comfy beds. Excellent location and friendly staff. Check in and out was smooth and the little robots that deliver your take away orders to your room are a fun little quirk. Excellent value for money.

The staff at the hotel in Ji Hotel were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful, and always available. The bed was super comfy. I will always stay at this location when traveling to or through Shanghai.
