Perfect hotel, clean room, good bed, delicious Chinese breakfast and a little bit of Western breakfast. This was our second stay and we love to come again.

I had a terrible experience at the hotel. I lost my bracelet and I was certain that I had dropped it in the room but they never found it. Most importantly, I specifically asked the staff to clear the room after I decided to extend 1 night, but to my surprise when I arrived back to the room, the room was not cleaned. I believe the service is a major issue.

Excellent stay of seven nights while visiting Shanghai this May. Love the daily breakfast, large/comfy king bed, large TV screen, adequate daily cleaning service, free laundry service on premise, convenient location in the center of Jin An district. The only complaint is the loud noises at late night from the restaurant/bars across the street which disturb my sleep almost every night :((

The hotel does not provide parking for guests, making it expensive. Better to choose another hotel that offers parking. We paid 150RMB. It makes no sense.

I booked this hotel as I've been always a Ji hotel customer for years but this time was the most weird experience that I've ever had.
Generally the hotel,cleanliness and location is good,also the staff were very helpful and tried their best to give me the best room they had although they couldn't speak English.
The most weird thing is that I gave them my luggage when I checked out and by the time that I came back to get my luggage they gave me a similar luggage just like mine but belonged to someone else and I found it out when I came to airport to get boarding card! Briefly this situation made a lot of trouble for me and after all the phone calls,stress and etc. I couldn't get my luggage as it was too late for them to send. Now that I left the country I gotta spend 4000¥ to get my luggage back and the only thing they did was to send it to my friend's place in Shanghai.
I expected Ji hotel to take full responsibility for this mistake and act more professional but I'm disappointed Now. So to everyone who's going to book this hotel,pls be more careful with your belongings as the staff may put you in trouble and one more thing to say is that if you're a light sleeper, forget this branch of JI hotel for now since their next door is on a 24/7 construction that may not be very sleep friendly to you!
