If you plan for stay in Shanghai 1-2 days and walk arount Yu garden and around Bund and take Huangpu river boat cruise than this is hotel can be useful because of location is near from hotel and price is good, but standart rooms is very small only sleep and shower. Cleaning room not very good but i not attention much because all time outside but bed linen has very clean and comfortable sleep and morning has hear singer birds from outside. Near hotel have a small chinese food restaurant, menu with pictures, so no problem order if dont know chinese language and also there is shops for small using things.

The shower is very very good. Place is generally simple, no English at reception. It's very close to Yu Garden but not as convenient for other areas, as it's not close to bus or metro stations. Didi is cheap though, which helps.

Although the rooms are generally small, the front desk was really kind and helpful to make my stay worthwhile and changed our room to a relatively bigger one. And their kindness and service continued throughout our stay. The rooms are clean, however in some rooms when you take a shower the toilet area gets wet and it takes a while to dry down. But overall this was a nice experience, I would recommend for solo travelers to stay in Shanghai’s center.

Very good services. Room is clean and quiet. The location is very good as well, where the other side of the street is Yuyuan Garden.

Bad odour and hair on my bed. Didn't feel nice but I asked reception who changed my room kindly. A good place overall.
