Although the rooms are generally small, the front desk was really kind and helpful to make my stay worthwhile and changed our room to a relatively bigger one. And their kindness and service continued throughout our stay. The rooms are clean, however in some rooms when you take a shower the toilet area gets wet and it takes a while to dry down. But overall this was a nice experience, I would recommend for solo travelers to stay in Shanghai’s center.

Very good services. Room is clean and quiet. The location is very good as well, where the other side of the street is Yuyuan Garden.

Bad odour and hair on my bed. Didn't feel nice but I asked reception who changed my room kindly. A good place overall.

I ordered takeout when I arrived at the hotel, but the takeout could not be delivered. Although there are only two floors, except for a few seats near the stairs that are close to the lobby, the others are very far away. After going up to the second floor, I have to walk for half a day. It is not user-friendly at all. The room is very small. There is only a small table. There is no place to put a lot of things I brought. There are only two ordinary pillows. Most hotels have four pillows. The room is small and it is very cramped to live. The sound insulation is very poor. After playing in Shanghai for a day, I was so tired that I fell asleep as soon as I lay down. I was woken up by the neighbors talking at more than one o'clock. The cost performance is very low. It is not worth the price of more than 300 yuan.
