The room was clean and tidy. Staff were okay, nothing special. Wi-Fi was very bad, with speeds between 10 kbps and 1 Mbps. The location was great, very convenient.

It’s quite a high-tech hotel with clean bathrooms, beds, and amenities. Particularly, the gym and laundry service are really a catch. The location is near the Shanghai Swimming Center metro station and it’s also really quiet. Good for couples, solo, and families.

Modern and clean hotel, very well designed. The room is spacious and has a nice view. I especially like the garden section.

The room was spacious but it looks a bit old compared to the pictures. The staffs looks a bit under trained. Only 3 lifts, so make sure you have enough time and patience to wait 😆
Overall, it’s acceptable to stay but will consider other places

Hotel seemed good (on paper) but turned out to be a bad experience. I had reserved a high-floor room (2 rooms) but was placed at what seemed like a basement level. The windows out of the room were covered by a very high wall, so no view of anything and fairly stagnant air (no air flow at all).
The insulation is horrific (this was by far the worst hotel experience like this) and we were kept up at night with noise from other people in other rooms.
Cleanliness was not great. Some smart details such as disposal face towels but family complained of dirty linen and pillow covers.
Overall, do NOT recommend under any circumstances.

Very disappointed. During if the day when I needed to work and rest. Hotel workers started drilling someone during the day. Absolutely not good.

The location is convenient to common areas downtown. The service was good and they were accommodating even though they couldn't communicatie clearly. Good value for money.
