田子坊內的老洋房，比較安靜，交通便利，經濟實惠。房子木地板，乾淨整齊，獨立衞浴，餐前飯後可以田子坊中溜達溜達，體驗不同時期的建築文化。老闆很熱情，如果您是經常出差的商務精英，那這裏可能不一定能滿足您對環境的要求，適合個人旅遊，陪診看病（瑞金醫院幾百米）體驗歷史文化等對環境要求不高的人羣。

在田子坊景區裏面，老房子木質樓梯，體驗老味道。半夜裡隔壁有幾個阿姨聊天好久，好像就在你面前談話一樣。房間衞生比較差，被子上有一些毛髮，大叔説天氣不好不方便洗曬，前面就住了一天，就沒換被套！後來當面給換了。露台的椅子都積了灰塵，露台與房間之間的門還鎖不上。沒有窗簾，沒有紗窗紗門，有蚊子有滅蚊器但沒有滅蚊片。

老上海的房子，在田子坊裏，難得有個小露台，很有情調，就是老闆不在，一樓飯店的老闆娘態度不太好，問衣掛啥的都沒有，電視看不了，遙控器沒電池。住宿還可以，周邊環境氛圍好。

位於田子坊內的老洋房，房間雖小但基本都有了，住住很經濟。有個露天的陽台，坐着聽雨聲，看往來遊客，遐想一下也不錯。老闆人熱情爽氣，超讚的！

房子有個單獨露台和陽棚，坐在露台看着下面人來人往的煙火氣，有feel。房間乾淨，雖小但精緻。
一樓是房東上海人開的滬菜小館，葱油麪很地道，葱燒小黃魚我上海朋友説地道上海做法，點贊。

在田子款的餐館裏麪，一個人去第一次大概率找不到。我已經找到了店門口，但是還是要打電話找老闆下來接。房間隔音是老房子的通病，晚上睡覺安靜的時候能聽到隔壁的呼嚕聲。12點退房之後，行李不能繼續寄存在該旅館，需要去旁邊找付費行李寄存。如果有12點退房之後還想出去玩的朋友，那會多30（兩個行李箱）的隱性支出。交通挺方便的，房子到地鐵站走路也就5到10分鐘。
