I said what should I do if I can't sleep, and the front desk meant for me to bear it. I said I wanted to check out, but the front desk said no. 2. I got up, dressed, and took my luggage downstairs to check out. I saw the front desk and the owner of the supermarket outside the hotel chatting at the front desk. I said I wanted to check out, but he was very unhappy. I said that if the air conditioner was broken, you can tell me when checking in. I have the right to choose whether to stay or not, and you also have the obligation to choose a shady, well-ventilated and cooler room for me. Why did you wake me up in the middle of the night? Don't I have the right to know, or did you not break it at all, and deliberately turned off the main air conditioner when everyone was asleep in the middle of the night. 3. I want to check out, and the front desk agreed reluctantly, but he said that the backend cannot be operated and asked me to find Ctrip to refund myself. At the same time, I need to pay 80 yuan for the hourly room fee, which means I can't check out, and the previous one is counted as the hourly room I stayed in. Otherwise, I won't be refunded. 4. The next day I called Ctrip to complain and asked for a refund of the 80 hourly room fee. Ctrip helped me communicate with the hotel for more than an hour, but the hotel just didn't agree. I want to ask, is it my problem to check out? Did I want to check out at almost 3 o'clock in the middle of the night? I don't know what this hotel is thinking. I will never stay in Vienna anywhere else. It's garbage!

The service is not good, toiletries are not provided, and bath towels are not changed.

The receptionist at the front desk was also very arrogant, and I don't know what he was arrogant about. The overall environment is OK, but the service is extremely poor.

The air conditioning takes a very long time to cool down. There is no fan. The room temperature is 28.5 degrees. It is not recommended to stay in summer.
