展會最方便的酒店。但就是展會期間叫車定位不到酒店，不是很方便。但工作人員服務絕對超五星級標準！不論前台還是客房服務人員都很熱情周到。禮賓部尤其辛苦！展會，很多快遞，禮賓部服務人員服務態度非常好！成為了進博會倒計時幸運客人。酒店即送了小禮品還贈送了鮮花蛋糕等。讓入住身心愉悦！

攜程上訂了2晚行政豪華房，贈送了行政酒廊，環境優雅，下午茶&晚上的簡餐，豐富和可口，服務熱情周到，贈送了生日小蛋糕和歡迎水果，給了賓至如歸的感覺。酒店雖離市區較遠，但滿足了天熱不出上海的需求，晚上去蟠龍天地9分鐘車程，中午退房後去打卡了網紅3號倉庫（萬科天空之城店），也就10多分鐘車程。很好的一場遊玩體驗，以後還會來。

總體來説還是比較滿意的哈，生日入住贈送了小蛋糕，但房間沒能給到升一級的，不過行政豪華房比行政尊享房反而感覺要好，衞生間🚽和洗漱台浴缸🛁淋浴🚿是分開的，衞生間還有一個單獨的水斗，這樣更方便用廁和洗澡互不相干，環球港凱悦酒店和松江凱悦的雙床房也是這麼設計馬桶🚽單獨的一小間。十樓洲際俱樂部酒廊的服務還是挺周到的，五樓的健身房和游泳池對入住客人是免費開放

We had an awesome stay!! Winnie checked us in and she was so patient and friendly! She upgraded our room and asked if we need a late check out which is really sweat of her. Room was spacious and the bed was so comfy. Location is very strategic, within walking distance from line 2 metro. Highly recommended!

Great hotel and very friendly staff. Club lounge was a nice place to hang out. Room was well appointed, very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Will definitely stay again.
