A beautiful hotel. Very well located. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view of The Bund. Two washing machines and two dryers were available 24 hours a day.

We stayed for four nights in three rooms, and the hotel’s location near The Bund and Nanjing Road was excellent. Traveling with four young children and an elderly family member, we appreciated the staff’s helpfulness—especially during an unexpected aircon maintenance issue, which was handled professionally by Manager Chloe Yan.
Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection. While the vintage-style hotel only has stairs to the lobby, the staff kindly helped us carry our strollers. Despite minor inconveniences, it was a pleasant and well-serviced stay.

Courteous and friendly service staff. Helpful and prompt. Generous supply of bottled water. Room is good sized. Air conditioning was not working or switched off for most of the days we were there so we need to open the windows to let cool air into our room. Hotel gave us a standing fan and weather is still cool. Helped somewhat. However, our room is facing the road with some ongoing construction and road/human traffic so subject to the dust and noise. Didn't get quite good sleep on days without air conditioning.

Fantastic service, great sound isolation, geat location, the view is good facing the famous roundabout.

This is a very good hotel. Except for the lobby which looks a bit messy, everything else is good. The hotel room is comfortable and the staff is very friendly. The only bad thing is that the hotel is centrally air-conditioned. The heater is on in winter, which makes me feel uncomfortable. Fortunately, the windows in the hotel room can be opened to let the cold wind blow in from the window. Other than that, everything is good. The hotel is close to the Bund and can walk to Nanjing Road and the Bund attractions. It is a quiet place in a busy area, very suitable for living.
这是一家很不错的酒店，除了大堂看下去有点杂乱，其他的一切都好。酒店房间住着舒服，工作人员也很亲切，唯一不好的是酒店是中央空调，冬天里都开着暖气，实在让我觉得难受，幸好酒店房间里窗户可以打开，让冷风从窗外吹入，除此以外一切都好. 酒店靠近外滩，步行就可到南京路，外滩景点，这里旺中带静，很适合居住.
