優點：房間比較乾淨；空調和熱水好用；在大學路上，周邊吃飯買東西便利；離肺科醫院不遠；出行便利。
缺點：位置與房間與攜程上不符，應該是房東隨意給換了房間，確沒有通知。房間內三層樓，廁所在一樓，樓上上廁所真的不方便；房內設施沒有電視洗衣機和WiFi；不能提前退房。

位置還是相當方便的，挨着大學路，五角場商圈，但是整體體驗非常差
1.熱水器不好，洗澡洗一半跳了，這個天氣出冷水，凍死
2.衞生間反臭，整個屋子全是下水道的臭味
3.空調老久不給力，制熱時間太長，很冷
4.電視機遙控器是壞的，按鍵按不了
