The apartment is located in good lacation and convinient however the car cannot enter the premises apartment look a bit run down and aircondition has a noise

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect during my visit. Their warm hospitality really made a difference. The location is also excellent — close to everything you might need and very convenient for getting around the city. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Shanghai and would absolutely stay here again!

Overall, my stay was very pleasant and I was satisfied with everything. The staff were friendly and the environment was comfortable. The location was also great and it was very easy to get a car. The only small inconvenience was that there were no parking spaces in the area, a-bit hard to pick up / drop off.
Just a small reminder, during my stay, I noticed that one of my items went missing. It wasn’t anything valuable, but I hope the hotel can pay a bit more attention to room checks in the future.

The apartment was very clean, well furnished. Furniture, utensils and beds are all very sufficient, clean and comfortable. More importantly, service is excellent. Would love to come back to stay next time.

The unit was great we booked the three room apt..bed was comfortable...bed sheets were fresh..kitchen was clean ...washing machine...bottled water was abundant..no need to buy ....the floor in the living room feels dusty though...but no problem...we can mop the floor..sofa cover felt like it need vacuuming ...overall our stay was perfect...thanks to the Tyms team...when we arrived the Didi driver coulnt find the exact gate..we called thankfully you pickup the phone and promptly came to find us by the roadside..though it was quite late already..otherwise we would lost our ways....

We had an amazing stay at Shanghai Tyms serviced apartment! It was the perfect apartment for a family of four with enough room for everyone to spread out and have their own space (exactly what was needed on the last leg of a trip 🙃). The location was great, close to shopping and delicious food everywhere. The daily servicing by the cleaners was exceptional, premium hotel level standard, we look forward to staying there again in our next trip to China 🇨🇳
