Parent & Child suite was a perfect layout for our stay. Service is excellent, from front desk to house keeping team. They serve you tea while waiting for cab or even when you are simply doing an enquiry. The restaurant team keeps the place clean and make your breakfast experience enjoyable.
They go the extra mile to help resolve your problems. Though the hotel is non-smoking, guests choose to break the rules and the smell was bad on our floor. We shared our discomfort and the reception team immediately found us another room on another floor. The rest of our stay was more pleasant.
Small nice touch: complimentary drinks and snacks daily.
Complimentary shuttle to Disneyland but a little far from main tourist attractions. Not an issue as the train station is in front of the hotel and traveling on cab is a brisk when you use DIDI.
