This place is clean and easy to check in and out. The staff are friendly and ready to help. We also love that they have a resident cat and it’s taken good care of.

We had a wonderful stay at SSAW Boutique Hotel. The staff were friendly and very accommodating and the location is fantastic. There are small restaurants right outside the hotel as well as a 24hr convenience store. It’s also right by the main road so super easy to get a Didi. The hotel itself has beautiful decor and a lovely outdoor seating area. They also have a cute cat who greets you at the door 🥹. I would definitely recommend booking here and look forward to going back if I’m ever in Shanghai. Special thank you to Chang and Qin who were super lovely and friendly!

Decent hotel in Shanghai area. A good place for business travel since it is situated not far from the airport and the downtown. However beware of weekend's horrible traffic jam.

I felt that the environment was very elegant, the room was very warm, and the front desk staff, Ms. Wang, was also very enthusiastic. After staying in the original room, I also booked a new room for my family. She also helped arrange it near my room. I will choose this place again if I have the chance.
