Me and my friends had a great experience at the JW Esports Hotel. The room was clean, PCs were super fast and best of all was the service from hotel staff. They were super helpful given we didn’t speak Mandarin, helped us with any issues we had immediately and made us feel welcome and at home. I’d recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Shanghai with friends

家人們，這次入住電競酒店，體驗感直接拉滿！電腦配置超頂，玩3A大作一點不卡頓，屏幕高清，鍵盤鼠標手感超棒。房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，隔音也不錯。工作人員服務熱情，有求必應，周邊吃飯也很方便。下次開黑還來這兒，強烈推薦！

設備太差，打個三角洲，電腦根本帶不動，可能是虛擬內存不足的原因，遊戲裏下飛機永遠比別人慢1分鐘，設備太差了。

感謝工作人員的熱情服務，但在設施維護和體驗細節上有幾個值得關注的改善點：
淋浴間存在很多問題
- 花灑把手有約3cm開裂（導致使用時向外噴水）
- 淋浴頭堆積着發白的水垢層
- 浴室玻璃門殘留明顯水漬紋路
- 洗手池內壁漆麪剝落面積超過 20%，非常不美觀
- 淋雨温度和水量控制方式不直觀，指引也有歧義，體驗不好
其他
- 一側窗户支撐損壞，不能順暢開關，關閉有夾手風險。
- 衞生間備用捲紙保留完整塑封包裝（需客人自行拆封使用，我住過很多相同價位的酒店，這種情況還是第一次碰到）
- 夜間躺卧在床上，空調出風口持續發出類似振動的異響（站立時無明顯噪音），而且聲音較大
- 房間隔音比較差，能清晰聽到走廊上的對話音，雖然晚上外面很安靜，不影響睡眠，但私隱感降低嚴重。
作為電競主題酒店，在保持特色的同時，500元價位對應的基礎體驗應包含：
√ 功能完好的衞浴門窗等基礎設施
√ 符合標準的衞生清潔
√ 基本的隔音和靜音保障
雖然是電競酒店，但“電競”不能抵消“酒店”的基礎體驗，當前實際體驗更接近經濟型酒店水準，期待能平衡主題特色與基礎品質，讓價格與體驗更對等。
