Location is excellent just next to Pop Mart, metro station is 300M walking distance. Cheap restaurant nearby. Water heater, room heater, water pressure and water cleaniness is good. View from bund view room is excellent with bath tub. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Tq

Hotel comes with a good view of Shanghai skyline, room is very clean with daily housekeeping, friendly and supportive staffs. Reasonable price, good location - walkable to the Bund and Nanjing east station.
Only one small minor point is the aircon system - heater working very good, even though we have tried to adjust the temperature down, but it was still too warm inside the room.

It was a great experience in Shanghai puyan hotel.
The hotel is really close from the nanjingdonglu train station, it's about 5 mins by walk.
And the view of hotel is heading the dongfangmingzhu tower!
Especially, the hotelier Shirley, she help us in the kindest manner!
She helped us to change to a new room with great view when we check in,
And at the end of stay, we lost something in our room, but she helped us to find the missing luggage!
Room condition also great! Scent, water, bedding, everything.
I recommend to visit in here!

Great location, just a 10minutes walk away from Nanjing Shopping Street. The room is big and clean, staff is also friendly. Would book again.

Chanced upon this hotel on Trip.com and 携程 app as highly rated. The staff were so polite and friendly, often helping travellers with their luggage. The view from the room is simply stunning! Didn’t try the breakfast so no comments. Amenities for the room are located outside the lift at each level. Overall this is a great stay!

The hotel boasts a superb location offering breathtaking views from our guest room. Many shopping malls and restaurants are within walking distance. While check-in was satisfactory, more comprehensive information regarding hotel amenities and room features would be beneficial. Overall, it's an excellent hotel, though the quality of the view is contingent upon the assigned room type.

Super friendly staff who always helped us with luggage. Location was great and close to the bund. Stayed at a family room and were provided with children’s toilet seat and stool. Nice view from the window too.
