We booked a family room and a deluxe twin room, both with inner windows, and the floor was very dirty. The carpet and toy dolls in the family room were extremely dirty. How could children play with them? The toilet sewer smelled very bad. Construction started downstairs at 7am, and it was very noisy.

1On the night of check-in, my daughter had a fever. In the middle of the night, the front desk lady sent ice cubes twice and water several times to show her concern and greeting.
