😡😡😡😡I booked this hotel yesterday and i was so shocked. Because room was not that clean and also it is near to the airport so obviously it’s noisy as a result we wanted to change our hotel and refund our money. But hotel assistants tried to agitate us to stay the hotel because we can’t speak in Chinese . Then, they said it has 60YUAN deduction which is understandable because we stayed the room around 45 minutes. Now , we wanted to get back our money including 60Y deduction but they didn’t accept our request. We connected to the customer service and they helped us to reapply but hotel hasn’t still accepted it. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The room in quiet old. I booked river view but the staff let me stay at city view. Bathroom is not stable. All is almost broken base.

The air conditioner in the room was broken. I woke up at 2 a.m. because it was cold. I couldn't fall asleep. The floor was patched up with glue. I was impressed. Even though the price was cheap, it was not like this. I thought the service was okay because the beautiful lady at the front desk immediately changed my room. Maybe she knew there was something wrong with the air conditioner! It was a very bad experience.
