In general the hotel is OK! The family room faced the inner court so there is not a lot of fresh air. The parents bedroom smells like sigarets. Also there are a lot of people smoking inside the hotel, as well as the inner court, so opening the windows doesn't really help to get rid of the smell. The shuttle service to the zoo is really good! The staff is super nice and accommodating! There are no restaurants nearby but enough options to order. Food delivery goes up to your room.

The location is a little off, but the hotel provides free shuttle service to Disney and the Safari Park! There is free parking and there is a Xinchang Ancient Town nearby with nice views! The room is just one word: big! It is bigger than the family room I stayed in before. It is mainly a suite. The toilet is separated into dry and wet areas, and there is a large bathtub. I love this room type so much. It is no problem to accommodate 4 adults. It is very cost-effective! And it is clean and tidy! The most noteworthy thing is the service quality. The phone inquiries before check-in, the attentive service during check-in, and the response at any time after check-in are all impressive. I will choose your home first when I come to Disney next time! Just a small opinion: the room lighting switch is a bit complicated. I often turn on the lights in one room, and both rooms are lit 😂!
