I contacted the front desk and reported it, but no one cleaned it. Secondly, when I just checked in, there was still half a pot of water left in the kettle from the previous guest. After I contacted the front desk, the front desk replaced the kettle for me. If you are afraid of cockroaches, please consider staying here carefully. There were big cockroaches running around. After showing it to the man and woman at the front desk, they just apologized to me and said they would change my room, but it would take another day. My time is also time. If I was not there when you changed the room, whose lost items would be held responsible? Secondly, cockroaches can only survive in environments with extremely poor hygiene conditions. The front desk even asked me if I had opened the window. It turns out that Shanghai cockroaches can fly up to the fourth floor and get into the screen window to scare me.
