位置方便，步行大概5分鐘就到淮海中路地鐵站，周圍都是吃的，景點也在附近
房子在小巷裡，但不難找，入住簡單，空間不算非常大，太多行李就沒什麼位子放了，房間乾淨整齊
房東熱情，馬上回復，有問題馬上解決
除了廁所有味道，隔音效果不好， 其他都沒什麼問題

衞生：比較差，一拉簾子甚至能掉下一塊塊大塊的灰塵塊兒，很多設施、櫃子都蒙灰。廁所櫃子也是破的。
環境：房間比較悶熱，是破舊老小區隔出來的。窗户通風比較差，也沒什麼採光。唯一的小窗口是朝着垃圾房的弄堂。半夜被路人講話聲吵醒好幾次。一大清早又有拖垃圾車的噪音吵醒。沒一天休息好。
服務：幾乎沒什麼服務，還會催問什麼時候退房，續住也不會有人來打掃衞生。房間裏甚至沒有提供礦泉水。

入住很簡單，地方容易找。附近很多吃的喝的，地點方面非常滿意。衞生間有點不乾淨，門也有點難關。那個花灑噴頭一直掉下來，熱水也經常沒有。下雨的時候，廚房那一邊會漏水。其他方面的話還行
