The walls were dirty and sticky;
Some days they came to wash the sheets or towels others didn't;
They charged me 120¥ more to have the window in my room;
The remote had no batteries;
The "laundry service" consisted of a dirty washing machine, no washing liquid or drier;
They opened the mosquito net for the windows while I was away and let all the insects in my room;
Bathroom tiles were broken with the risk of cutting(the flip flops provided were incredibly dirty);
