This is my first time staying at Atour and was thoroughly impressed for the value one gets. The team , 程澄 and 星卅were very accommodating and went out their way to make sure I get a quieter room and helped me with managing ******* takeaways delivery services as I don’t have a loc mobile number. The free congee supper was a wonderful experience. As I was locating my room, the room service staff helped me with my bags without asking as she saw me struggling with 2 luggages. The best part she had the biggest smile on her face while doing it. A staff member, 昭君, saw that I had leg patches on after a long day of walking. She left the dining hall quietly and came back with 2 packs of heat pads. It was a pleasant surprise to see 程澄 and 昭君 when I checked out this morning. 程澄 also helped me booked my ride to the train station. It is the tiny but significant details that makes it all a wonderful experience. I’ve come to love Atour thanks to the team. While the location is no where close to significant attraction, it is only a 5 minute walk to the subway. Easy access to the train station

The hotel is located on the 2nd floor without any lift. Very clean room with a powerful shower spray bathroom. The bathroom has a modern and nice warm toilet seat and it's self flushing. The decor of the room is very nice with a beautiful painting. It has a kettle but without any coffee/tea beverages. Smooth and prompt check-in especially when we arrived about 1am from Pudong Airport. The lady receptionist directed us to our room promptly as we were rather tired. Our room faces a shady river and it's quiet. However, during the day, there is some ongoing construction in the next section of the building from about 9+ am. But by then, we are out exploring Shanghai. There are plenty of eateries nearby which are very good. The nearest Zhongshan Road Metro station (Red Line #1) is about 800m away..
