Sheraton Hotels in Shanghai

Our trip was really great! The hotel so clean and peaceful, the staff was very helpful and friendly and our room was beyond expectations. Our room was huge, very comfortable and above all very clean. The only downside was that the air quality was not that great, it was very dry and stuffy. I would definitely recommend staying at the Sheraton for a nice tranquil stay in Chongming!

Hotel staff are very friendly in general, however the room was assigned away from the elevator which was not friendly for female solo traveler. Plus there were some unpleasant smell in the corridor due to recent renovation. Food quality and service were great in the Chinese restaurant in 1F, it would be nice to have more healthy menu choice for female guests. Look forward to explore more for the next trip. Thanks.

I have stayed here several times. This time my mother left her phone in the hotel and called the hotel to ask for help to find it. After several calls, it took more than an hour for them to tell me that they had left it at the front desk. They said they would find it and give me feedback. They only told me after I called to ask. I went back to the hotel from the station to get it. When I got to the front desk, the front desk didn't know where it was for a long time. I had to call the hotel to ask the front desk manager to give it to me. In the past, the overall check-in was 5 points and I felt that everything was pretty good. This time it was really because of the handling of the phone. First of all, I thank them for returning the money, but it took another hour to find a phone without feedback. The old lady is old and has a small heart. If the phone is thousands of dollars, she would feel distressed if it was really lost. So I can only say that the service responsibility of some hotel staff I met on this trip is really average. It is also possible that the waiters I met before were very nice. Anyway, a slightly fat boy handled various procedures and helped me reserve a quiet room in the previous few times. I still have to suggest that the hotel should have a unified standard for overall employee training

The bed is soft and comfortable, and the touch of the quilt and pillow is as reassuring as returning home. The layout of the room is reasonable, the furniture is neatly arranged, and the storage space is sufficient, which is very practical for travelers like me who have more things. The facilities in the room are also complete, the air conditioning cooling and heating effects are very good, the TV programs are rich, and the network speed is super fast. Whether watching dramas or handling some urgent work, there is no pressure. The bathroom is also a highlight. Although the space is not particularly large, the layout is compact and reasonable, the shower head has strong water output and stable water temperature, the toiletries are of good quality, and the towels and bath towels are clean and soft. The service of the hotel really reflects the heart everywhere. The room service was very responsive. Once I needed extra towels and they were delivered not long after I called. The hotel cleaned the room on time every day, cleaned it very cleanly, and kept the items in order. The hotel's breakfast was also satisfactory. There were a variety of varieties, including traditional Chinese food such as porridge, buns, and fried dough sticks, as well as Western bread, fried eggs, ham, etc. The fruits were fresh, and there were many choices of drinks, both hot and cold drinks. The environment of the whole hotel was very quiet, which allowed me to get a good rest. I stayed here for a few days and every day was comfortable and cozy. I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future and recommend it to my friends. This is a very cost-effective hotel that is worth staying in.

An immaculate hotel in a less-than-ideal location. If you need a place to stay in this part of Shanghai then there's nothing better. If you're going to Shanghai for any other reason then know that you're about 90 minutes+ to the city center. Staff is great, facilities are great, rooms are clean and everything is comfortable. I stay here every time I'm in the area for business.

I think this hotel is the best hotel in Fengxian District, with good quality and low price, clean rooms, good breakfast, and warm service from Vivian at the front desk. It's a pity that the executive lounge is better if the atmosphere can be improved. I will stay here again in the future.

It was so hot that we couldn't sleep. We called the hotel front desk in the middle of the night to send an ice-cooling machine. The 26 degrees shown in the picture was the result of blowing all night. The sound was also very loud. I couldn't stand it and complained to the manager on duty and changed a room on the shady side. 2. As a five-star standard hotel, the New Year is not a reason to lower the service standards. After calling to urge water delivery for 40 minutes, no one delivered it. 3. The phone emphasized that the child was sleeping. I called them on my personal mobile phone, but they still called my landline in the middle of the night to wake up the child. In summary, I hope your hotel can live up to the star rating standards and pay attention to details!
