I had a terrible experience at this hotel, even for just one night. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. To make things worse, I noticed small insects in the room, which was unacceptable. The reception area smelled strongly of Indian spices and food, which was unpleasant and unprofessional. Basic amenities were completely missing—there wasn’t even a simple welcome tea or coffee. They provided a water heater, but it wasn’t even connected to a power source, rendering it useless. The reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, adding to the overall disappointment. I honestly regret staying here and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My stay at the royal hotel was truly wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel right at home. The food was absolutely delightful, and i even found time to enjoy their gym, which was a great addition to my experience. The room was spotless and well-maintained, which really added to my comfort. I wholeheartedly recommend the royal hotel; it truly felt like a caring and welcoming place.

I had an emergency meeting and requested them to change the breakfast to lunch or maybe serve it earlier but non of that happened and i skipped it

Отель для бюджетного отдыха однозначно рекомендую.Буду кратка.Еда хорошая,по домашнему ,европейская кухня,до моря можно дойти пешком, недалеко,до другого пляжа возят.Персонал очень доброжелательный и приветлив,на все просьбы реагируют сразу.Экскурсию брала у русскоязычной девушки Гузель, её можно встретить на пляже или офис parus напротив отеля,очень приветливая и доброжелательная,цены у неё нормальные, рекомендую.Магазины неподалеку есть, конечно не крутые супермаркеты,но купить необходимое можно,либо ехать в центр.Единственный минус плохой напор в душе,сам отель не новый.Но для отеля такого уровня отдых прошел хорошо.

Отель однозначно рекомендую. Находится недалеко от моря. Пляж - минут 15 пешком. по пути можно набрать фильтрованой воды бесплатно Питание в отеле хорошее, готовят по-домашнему (блюда из русской кухни), ассортимент хороший,мясо ,рыба ,овощи, фрукты...утром молочная каша ОООочень вкусная,омлет , сосиски , сыр ,масло...В номерах чисто, есть всё необходимое, уборка ,смена полотенец по просьбе производится хоть каждый день. управляющие Антон и Аня очень приветливы большие молодцы и профессионалы в своем деле, готовы всегда прийти на помощь туристам,и вообще весь персонал очень доброжелательны , на ресепшене можно пообщаться по русски! Если нужен тур по экскурсии советую обратиться к Гузель,ее офис находится рядом с Отелем или можно ее найти на пляже, очень приятная , приветливая девушка, ненавязчива, расскажет подробно про каждую экскурсию, и будет намного дешевле,чем в Отеле, гид ,которая ведёт саму экскурсию русская девочка Лена, рассказывает интересно, приятно слушать, говорит в микрофон,все отлично слышно, очень ответственная ,всех пересчитает,никого не оставит! Рекомендую!!!

Отель понравился,все по домашнему,сотрудники все вежливые ,на все просьбы реагируют быстро.Очень вкусная еда брали завтраки и ужины .Ужин можно менять на обед,если уезжаешь куда-то на экскурсию.Если берете завтрак и ужин водичку ставят в приезд ,больше не доставляют,в ресторане модно пить.Чай и кофе только утром.На пляж возит трансфер, но рядом 15 минут по красивой дороге городской пляж.Брали экскурсии рядом с отелем турагенство Parus у девушки Гузель, очень рекомендую по экскурсиям обращаться к ней,получили огромное удовольствие.

Отель цена-качество,если вам важно отдохнуть и максимально увидеть достопримечательности ОАЭ. Эмират Шарджа в два раза доступнее Дубая,в магазинах цены на магниты , статуэтки и прочие сувениры в 3 раза доступнее Дубая...Пример,статуэтка Бурш Халифа стоит в Дубае 20 долларов,а в Шардже 20 дирхам - это ориентировочно 6 долларов. Мы отдыхали в феврале 2025 года,на пляж туристов возит бесплатный трансфер в 8 30 и 9 30 утра,если вы хотите поспать ,то можно сходить на пляж в 7 минутах ходьбы от отеля.Пляжи песчаные,чистые.Кормят в отеле вкусно,по - домашнему,в номере есть телевизор, холодильник,кондиционер- основное,что нужно! Возле отеля есть туристическое агентство parus,там работает девушка по имени Гузель,благодаря её подборке туров,мы увидели все 7 Эмиратов,посетили Лувр,Белую Мечеть в Абу-Даби,побывали в Дубае на шоу фантанов,на Парусе,на смотровой площадке Пальмы,ужин на корабле в центре Дубая,видели черепах в Индийском океане на Фуджейре ,катались на банане,катались на каное, экстремальное катание на катерах с обедом на корабле и многое другое. Спасибо большое Гузель,она волшебница!!!
