Very nice. There staff was very humble. Espeically Shipu. He is a very good houskeeping. There is no coffee no tea. Nothing. But all staff is good. The mattress is uncomfortable. But when I checked in they asked me for a 200 dirham deposit. This is definitely not acceptable.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel, even for just one night. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. To make things worse, I noticed small insects in the room, which was unacceptable. The reception area smelled strongly of Indian spices and food, which was unpleasant and unprofessional. Basic amenities were completely missing—there wasn’t even a simple welcome tea or coffee. They provided a water heater, but it wasn’t even connected to a power source, rendering it useless. The reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, adding to the overall disappointment. I honestly regret staying here and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My stay at the royal hotel was truly wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel right at home. The food was absolutely delightful, and i even found time to enjoy their gym, which was a great addition to my experience. The room was spotless and well-maintained, which really added to my comfort. I wholeheartedly recommend the royal hotel; it truly felt like a caring and welcoming place.

I had an emergency meeting and requested them to change the breakfast to lunch or maybe serve it earlier but non of that happened and i skipped it

Доброе утро! Отдыхали в этом отеле с мужем в марте 2025 года. Для своей тройки отель очень хороший. В номерах есть все необходимое: холодильник, кондиционер, фен, сейф, утюг, электрический чайник. Убирали через день: меняли постельное, полотенца, мыли полы и оставляли воду. Очень хорошо кормили: выбор еды небольшой, но всегда вкусно и не давали одно и тоже два дня подряд. Еда как домашняя. С отеля организованы трансферы: на пляж и в торговые центры. Трансфер приезжал и забирал всегда вовремя. В 10-ти минутах ходьбы от отеля есть красивый чистый пляж, где всегда немного было людей. В отеле всегда брали пляжные полотенца. Отель значительно удален от всех достопримечательностей, но зато рядом пляж. Здесь каждому свое. Отдельно хотим поблагодарить приятную девушку Гузель, которая работаяет в агенстве Парус рядом с отелем. Познакомились с ней в первый день. У нее брали экскурсии в Дубай и сафари по пустыне. Все понравилось. У нее получили ответы на многие вопросы.

Мне очень понравилось отношение персонала, хотелось бы отметить Томаса , оперативно реагировал на все просьбы. Пляж в пешей доступности, чистенько и спокойно, народа немного. А ещё хочу написать пару слов о Гузели из экскурсионного агентства Парус- просто замечательный человечек, рассказала всё о чём спрашивали и во всём старалась помочь, хотя это в общем-то не её работа. Спасибо тебе родная, приеду обязательно . По отелю можно сказать на троечку, что и заявлено . Но самое главное позитив и отличное настроение на весь отпуск .

Отель рекомендую, плюс этого отеля- Близость к морю, идти 15 минут пешком, а так же есть трансфер на пляж Al Khan (бесплатно). Персонал очень доброжелательный оперативно реагирует на любой просьбу. Питание понравилось- мясо, овощи, рыба из фруктов апельсин арбуз дыни. Экскурсии выгодно брать напротив отеля рядом с мечетью здание с правой стороны, если смотреть со входа отеля,турагентство Parus там девушка (Гузель)- хорошо говорит по-русски, даёт рекомендации куда можно сходить, где можно набрать бесплатно вкусную воду и в целом очень приятная девушка.
