This hotel is in Sharjah, not Dubai (I thought Sharjah was a suburb of Dubai, but it is not, it is an independent emirate), so the transportation with Dubai is not very convenient, and the buses between Dubai and Dubai are few and expensive ( In Sharjah, there is no place to recharge the Dubai bus card Nol card).
The hotel is relatively close to Dubai International Airport, more than 10 kilometers away. The taxi fare negotiated with the driver is 55AED (I checked Uber and it was about the same price).

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.It is not a four star as they claim to be. When we arrived there is no anyone in reception , jean lady she so unprofessional she don’t know how to talk to the guest . She is getting Irritated, she making a bad sound by mouth. Then she give wrong room number that room was not ready i come back to reception she not even say sorry ..! then got another room number , very bad impression . I will never come back …!

The front office receptionist Miss Jean is unprofessional and have attitude problem she don't know the meaning of hospitality and don't deserve to stand there...she don't deserve a zero star also..I checked in the hotel yesterday firstly there was no staff in the reception after 15 min she came and started talking rudely as if she is paying for my stay she gave us room which was not ready and she didn't even apologize for her mistake... Pathetic service she just spoiled our whole trip and experience

Good hotel, good service, large parking. Strange location of the air conditioner remote control - inside the cabinet, made waste quite some time till I managed to find it, while reception staff was also unable to explain where is it located.
