Never thought of renting a service apartment as a hotel stay in Shenzhen but it came out as one of the best ones experiences.
Very convenient located in the CBD of Shenzhen and close to all shopping malls.lots of dinning places, we could not visit them all.
Service of this "hotel" is also excellent and very friendly. I needed some prints and they were able to get it for me , as a service.
Will definitely come back again!

Great hotel , big beds, comfortable and clean. They are especially helpful to extend checkout hours for late flight. Great location just outside subway and malls. great value for money.

-The building is across a big shopping mall so it's very convenient.
-The metro is a few meters away.
-The staff was nice and approachable
-Wonderful room and the bed was comfy
- The entrance is on the left side (B2) if you are facing the A side of the building. The front desk is on the 10th floor (Room 1018)
I'll definitely stay here again.
Tip: don't let the bad reviews get to you, however, if you want a 5 start hotel service and amenity, yet only willing to pay cheap, go away.

Very clean and new-looking rooms. Rooms were a bit small for two luggages. Got to put luggage by the fridge and sink area. Bed area to balcony was tight for walking. Great balcony that allowed us to hang our washed clothes on the clothing line. Washing machine in our room.
Hot water shower was not consistent as it operated based on time and how much was used. Got to do a quick bath.
Location was about 200m away from train station. Convi. About a street away had a line of food shops and 10 min away had malls.

Very clean and well equipped apartment style rooms. Location in Futian is great and very close to the metro station. Check in and out was extremely smooth. Great value for money!
