Don’t say that cockroaches came in because the door of the small balcony was open for ventilation. This is not an excuse for your unhygienic behavior. I was in a good mood during my vacation, but the hygiene conditions in your store really ruined my mood. I think anyone would be furious if they found cockroaches flying around in every room. We seriously recommend that you conduct a comprehensive disinfection of the homestay, but it is difficult to completely eliminate cockroaches.
