房間除了床墊被套床單是新的外，其他如沙發，椅子，地毯等設施都比較陳舊。但因為是以前較高標準的老酒店，房間比較大寬敞。酒店還處在翻新裝修之中，屬於邊裝修邊營業，所以價格比較便宜。廁所上方是漏的。

黴菌嚴重，至今己4天還不斷咳嗽。使用的是老舊地毯，二十多年都不更換。深圳氣侯又濕熱，黴菌自然大量生成。

來深圳旅遊在這裏住了10天。房間很寬敞，有品位有檔次。居住體驗感很好，如果是來深圳旅遊建議選擇這家店，物超所值。
交通也很方便，出門200米就是地鐵口，去哪裡都方便。附近有沃爾瑪、美食小吃等等，購物聚餐也方便。總之挺好的。
