1. Front Desk service : Excellent particular Mr. Li who helped to arrange another room to us due to renovation taken place in that floor. He is enthusiastic and professional.
2. Breakfast : excellent quality with simple menu....except the wonton in soup which can be better.
3. The Chinese lady in charge of the 8th floor : responsive, efficient, and nice manner.
4. Laundry service : excellent. It helped us a lot.
Last but not least : I will stay in yr hotel again when visiting SZ and will recommend yr hotel to my friends / relatives i the future.

Location is 5 mins walk from the subway. However the pavements are undergoing maintenance works and the going is rough. Scooters are also using the pavements, making the journey dangerous for pedestrians. The hotel rooms are new, comfortable and modern. However, parts of the hotel building houses commercial businesses and are undergoing renovation. Hence the lifts are always heavily utilized

Newly renovated hotel but some Di Di driver don’t know this new hotel location. There are renovating floor 2 & 3 & made lots of noise in the morning . Very convenient location but need to watch out of the electric scooters in front of the hotel due to narrow sidewalk & of cause the scooters ride on sidewalk in very common in China. Very nice & professional staff.

Access to shops or subway easily. Lots of eatery around. The room is clean, peaceful and comfortable, but not much TV channels for foreigners.
