Our stay at your hotel was truly exceptional, and we deeply appreciate your warm hospitality and impeccable service.
The location is perfect—just 10 minutes from the shopping mall and MTR station. Upon check-in, Jacqueline kindly upgraded our room to one with a breathtaking bridge view and graciously extended our checkout time to 3 PM, which made our stay even more comfortable.
As a newly opened hotel (February 2025), the attention to detail is unmatched. Our spacious room was immaculate, and the washroom’s smart toilet (with its automatic lid and heated seat) was a delightful surprise. The shower bench and handle were especially thoughtful for someone like me, who suffers from chronic back pain—these small touches made a big difference.
The breakfast experience was outstanding. The restaurant’s wide selection, from fresh salads to Chinese dim sum, was superb. A special thanks to Chef Lam Lin for introducing us to his signature noodles, red bean egg bun, and fish soup—all absolutely delicious! We also truly appreciate the hardworking restaurant team, including Evans Chow, Marie, as well as Jacqueline at the concierge, and Peter for his helpful room orientation.
One small suggestion: Clearer signage or queue markers for check-in/check-out would help avoid misunderstandings like the uncomfortable incident I experienced with another guest during checkout.
Despite this, our overall impression remains excellent. We highly recommend St. Regis Shenzhen Bao’an for both family vacations and business trips—thank you for such a memorable stay!
