We enjoyed our stay here. Location is very convenient, the metro station is just at the entrance of the hotel.
Room wise, the bed itself is clean but we do feel that the carpets were dirty and dusty. There was a dead bee on the floor. It definitely needs a good vaccum or scrub!
The room also had a few mosquitoes and we were bitten by it for the first 2 nights but only found out on the last day that there is mosquito repellent provided in the drawer. That would have solved our problem :)
Lastly, I think only our room had a bad sewage problem whereby the smell emits into the room. The only way to get rid of it is to on the aircon and fan on full blast.
Overall would still recommend!

Located right next to Exit D of the Nantou ancient city station. 15 mins away from 海上世界 by metro, 10 mins away from big shopping malls by Didi. Amenities are new but it’s expected the room to be bigger.

The hotel was not clean. The washroom sink was next to the bed area. The toilet and shower were awkwardly setup. The toilet didn’t have bidet. There was no fridge in the room. The breakfast was limited to Chinese cuisine.

Location is right beside the station, there's an elevator if needed. The hotel is called Hae hotel so it was a little confusing at first. They offered a free upgrade which was kind of them. Overall reception was warm and helpful.

the hotel location is very good outside the train station. The staff is very friendly and helpful for any additional services. The room is clean and tidy.

The room design is stupid. Toilet is exceptionally small. No place for clothing and towels when shower. Water leaks out to the room which is right at the room entrance. TV is too close to the sitting place.

Facilities are better than expected. Got a free upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast is simple with limited options but delicious.
Excellent location, right by the Subway exit and about 5 minutes away from the ancient city.

Hello I don't advice this hotel, I rezervation 2 big room , they give me one big and one small room , many times I go lobby they tell me always tomorrow but they not change, no one don't speak English, I call many times customer service but they tell me hotel don't back to me and don't help me , in the door don't have windows I have claustrophobia also i tell reception and customer service they don't help me also o have reservations big room and will windows , no one don't care this , juste 10 my metro station this is good ,
