Excellent stays - I transited Shenzhen twice this week to and from Singapore and stayed at the Baolilai International both times for one night each time with my family (2 adults, 2 children). Both stays were exceptional. £7 max taxi fare from the airport (unsung Ali Pay) and a 20 min journey. Clean and spacious rooms fully equipped to 5* standard and more, excellent breakfast and most importantly wonderful staff - especially the front of house manager on Saturday 24th May (I didn’t get her name) but she was so kind and welcoming and an absolute credit to the hotel. She was great with the kids and we were all made to feel very welcome. We will be sure to stay here again when we are next passing. Thank you for such an enjoyable two stays.

I love this hotel. It is a fabulous 5-star hotel. From my experience at hotels like Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, Park Hyatt, St. Regis, Baolilai International Hotel is beyond or equivalent at a fraction of the price. Classic, old building but exceptionally well maintained. Swimming pool, gym, restaurants... And, the laundry/dry cleaning service is impeccable.

It was unforgettable experience, i will never forget this night, thank you so much for all manager asstants Kevin, Man and Holly for your kindness and great service, the hotel is so clean and all staff are kind and helpful, they decorticated my room for free for my marriage anniversary and they provide the best service
I will come again for sure and have a great time, you can stay for the whole day at the hotel there's different restaurant, spa, KTV,small garden, indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna and many other things to enjoy your stay

The hotel is not new but it is very well maintained and very clean. The staff is super-friendly and do their best even though they do not speak much english.
Rooms are roomy, the gym is nice comfortable and very clean.

very beautiful hotel, lobby, garden inside, great swimming pool with clean and warm water, working sauna. amazing rooms, very spacious, beautiful.
location close to the airport but kind if nothing around it.
breakfast could be better, some pastries were dry, and quite a hectic atmosphere with staff basically taking your plate away.
we enjoyed very much.

Boa Li Lai Hotel is always a great choice when in Fuyong Area or need to be close to Shenzhen Airport. Rooms are big and clean and now I saw they also habe a great movie selection available for free.
